We Only Offer Refunds If:

Your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking.

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

You provide photo or video evidence of the damage.

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

Opened or used products.

Claims made outside the 48-hour window after delivery.

2.Include your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a brief description.

3.Our team will review and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
