Before she ever stepped on a bodybuilding stage, she spent eight years in Muay Thai and K1, carving out a name for herself the hard way — earning the TFC Welsh Title in the 52kg division. But after retiring from combat sports in 2022, Sophie didn’t slow down. She just changed battlegrounds.
